These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the use of the CLUSTER app ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading the App, creating an account, or using the services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Minimum Age

You must be 16 years or older to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Account

• Users sign in via Google, Apple, or as a guest
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in account
• Do not share your account with others
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account

4. Permitted Use

The App is intended for personal use by couples. When using the App, you agree to:

• Not upload offensive, illegal, or harassing content
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
• Not use the App for commercial purposes
• Not distribute spam or malicious content

5. User Content

Content you create in the App (messages, photos, notes) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit the content as part of operating the service.

We are not responsible for user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove offensive, illegal, or discriminatory content without prior notice. Users can report problematic content via the "Safety Report" feature in Settings. Reports are reviewed manually by our team.

5a. Reporting and Content Moderation

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Users can report any photo or message directly within the app:

• Long-press on any photo or message to open the report menu
• Select a reason (Spam, Abusive, Sexual, Other)
• The content is removed immediately — also for the partner

Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Users who receive multiple confirmed reports may have their upload ability temporarily suspended (24 hours after 3 reports in a day, 7 days after 5 reports in 3 days), or their account permanently suspended (after 10 reports in 7 days).

CLUSTER reserves the right to immediately remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Important Disclaimer

The App is not a substitute for professional couples counseling, therapy, or medical advice. If you or your partner are in distress, please seek help from qualified professionals.

7. Virtual Coins

• The App includes a virtual coin system ("Coins") for games
• Virtual coins have no real monetary value
• Virtual coins cannot be exchanged for real money or any monetary value
• Virtual coins cannot be purchased with real money
• Coins do not expire
• We reserve the right to modify the coin system at any time

7b. Wagers

Wagers in the App are non-monetary couple agreements only — they represent personal commitments between partners and have no cash value. Wagers cannot be converted to money, goods, or any external benefit.

8. Advertisements

We do not show advertisements in the app.

9. Premium Subscription (Future)

In the future, the App may offer a paid premium subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and cancellation policy will be published separately when this service becomes available.

10. Suspension and Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• You can delete your account at any time (see Delete Account)
• Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently deleted

11. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruptions or errors.

• We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• We shall not be liable for data loss resulting from technical failures
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) in the last 12 months

12. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, including design, code, logo, and content (excluding user content), are reserved to CLUSTER. Do not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be published in the App. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
