We respect your right to delete your account and all associated data. Below are detailed instructions for deleting your CLUSTER account.
Important Warning: Account deletion is irreversible. All your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Your Account
1Open the CLUSTER App
Sign in to the account you wish to delete.
2Go to Settings
Tap the settings icon in the main menu.
3Select "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and tap "Delete Account".
4Confirm Deletion
You will be asked to confirm the deletion. After confirmation, the deletion process will begin immediately.
What Gets Deleted
User profile and profile photo
All chat history and messages
Shared album photos
Fridge notes
Wish lists (Bucket List)
Letters and envelopes
Game scores and achievements
Virtual coins
Daily questions and answers
Shared calendar
All presence data in Realtime Database
Files in Cloud Storage (photos, audio)
What Happens to Your Partner
If you delete your account while connected to a partner:
Your partner will receive a notification that the account was deleted
The couple connection will be automatically disconnected
Shared data will be included in the deletion
Your partner can continue using the app as an independent user
Deletion Timeline
The deletion process is immediate for most data. Complete deletion of all data from all systems will be completed within 30 days at most.
Deletion via Email (No Login Required)
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion using the email address registered to your account. We'll send you a verification link (valid for 24 hours); clicking it permanently deletes the account.
